  3. for contributing towards the maritime safety and security of ships by means of offering to the Maritime Industry with independent, transparent, impartial and reliable services relevant to customer needs;
  4. for being alerted and constantly monitor ship safety legislative updates in the international maritime front affecting our services, to ensure early incorporation of latest trends and changes so as to ensure that deliverables maintain continuing suitability.
  5. to operate in full compliance under a certified and independently audited Quality Management System according to 9001:2015 standards, which is continuously reviewed and improved;
  6. to operate in full compliance under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
  7. being a responsible maritime stakeholder to review at defined intervals our quality policy and related quality objectives for adjustments while considering the changing conditions of the industry we serve and as means to improving our efficiency and effectiveness,
  8. to continuously review each one of our services in order to continuously improve and keep them up-to-date.
