QUALITY POLICY for DYNAMARINe SA

  • DYNAMARINe SA is committed to providing independent, reliable and high-quality maritime services that contribute to the safety of life and property at sea, the protection of the marine environment, and the safe and efficient operation of ships.

    Quality is an integral part of the way we operate and a fundamental responsibility of everyone within DYNAMARINe.

    To support this commitment, DYNAMARINe maintains three Quality Management Systems independently certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, reflecting the Company's commitment to consistent quality standards across its certified activities.

    Top Management is committed to:

  • Deliver services that contribute to maritime safety, security and the protection of the marine environment, applying recognised industry standards, established maritime practices and relevant international requirements.

  • Provide services with due care, competence, professionalism and appropriate technical expertise, ensuring that personnel involved in our activities possess the knowledge, experience and resources necessary to perform their responsibilities effectively.

  • Maintain independence, impartiality, objectivity and professional integrity in the development and delivery of our services.

    Commercial considerations shall not compromise the professional judgement, technical conclusions or quality of our work.

  • Understand the requirements and expectations of our customers and provide reliable services relevant to their needs, while maintaining our professional independence and compliance obligations.

    We aim not only to meet agreed requirements but also to create sustainable value through technical competence, responsiveness and consistency.

  • Conduct our activities in accordance with:

    • Applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
    • Relevant national and international maritime standards and codes;
    • Applicable industry standards and recognised best practices;
    • The requirements of our certified Quality Management Systems; and
    • Applicable data-protection and confidentiality requirements, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Protect information entrusted to DYNAMARINe by our customers, partners and other stakeholders.

    Information obtained or generated through our activities shall be treated with appropriate confidentiality, integrity and care and used only for legitimate and authorised purposes.

  • Continuously monitor legislative, regulatory, technical and industry developments relevant to our services.

    Changes affecting our activities shall be evaluated and incorporated, where appropriate, into our procedures, methodologies, training and deliverables to ensure their continuing suitability and relevance.

  • Apply risk-based thinking throughout our activities to identify circumstances that may affect the quality, reliability or effectiveness of our services.

    Risks and opportunities shall be evaluated as appropriate to support informed decision-making, prevent undesirable outcomes and improve the effectiveness of our operations.

  • Recognise that the competence and professional development of our people are fundamental to the quality of our services.

    DYNAMARINe is committed to maintaining appropriate competence through training, knowledge sharing, professional development and continuous learning.

    Personnel are encouraged to contribute ideas, identify opportunities for improvement and actively participate in maintaining the effectiveness of our Quality Management Systems.

  • Maintain controlled and effective processes that support the consistent delivery of services in accordance with defined requirements.

    Performance shall be monitored through appropriate objectives, indicators, reviews, audits, customer feedback and other relevant information.

  • Customer feedback, complaints, observations, non-conformities and lessons learned shall be treated as opportunities to evaluate our performance and improve our services and processes.

    Where deficiencies are identified, appropriate corrective actions shall be taken and their effectiveness reviewed.

  • Continuously evaluate our services, processes, methodologies and supporting technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.

    DYNAMARINe promotes continuous improvement and responsible innovation, including the appropriate use of digital technologies, data and new methods where these can enhance the quality, reliability, efficiency or value of our services.

  • Top Management shall establish and periodically review measurable quality objectives consistent with this Policy and the strategic direction of the Company.

    Quality objectives shall support the effectiveness of our Quality Management Systems and provide a framework for continuous improvement.

  • Top Management accepts responsibility for the effectiveness of DYNAMARINe's Quality Management Systems and shall ensure that appropriate resources are available for their implementation, maintenance and continual improvement.

    The Quality Policy and associated objectives shall be reviewed at defined intervals to ensure their continuing suitability, adequacy and alignment with the Company's activities, strategic direction and the evolving maritime industry.

    All DYNAMARINe personnel are responsible for understanding this Policy and contributing to its effective implementation.
